Policy

All deposits for services must be paid within 3 days of booking, or the class/service will be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel your service if the invoice remains unpaid 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date. For services booked within 2 weeks of the event, payment is due within 3 days of booking.
Services & Products are nonrefundable
Services may be rescheduled once, with at least 3 weeks' notice prior to the event date.
To reschedule a service, please email us at jennifer@iamjennifermonique.com. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Product Creation have a 2 week turn around.
